Hi, I'm Charlita Washburn. I have been with the district for 20 years.  All four of my children graduated from Grandview High School.  Currently I am a para at Belvidere Elementary.  I taught 2nd grade for 12 years, but before that I was a para for 7 years.  I graduated from Ottawa University with my bachelor's degree and from Webster University with my Master's degree.  If you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me @ [email protected]
